  • All Applicants must submit a completed and signed application.
  • $30 application fee for each adult
  • All applicants are screened for credit history, previous rental history and a criminal background check. We do require a minimum credit score of 600.
  • All applicants must qualify on their own, we do not accept co-signers.  Income equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly rent is required.
  • Applicants must have verifiable income. (W-2’s, Pay stubs, etc. may be required)
  • All applicants must be eligible to put the utilities in their own name.
  • We do not accept tenants that have been evicted elsewhere or have judgments from another landlord. (Including pending evictions.)
  • We do not “Hold” rentals. No rental is secured until lease has been signed by all parties and appropriate deposits have been received.
  • Pets will be accepted only on an individual basis with property owners/managers approval. Breed restrictions apply. $500 refundable pet deposit is required. No outdoor pets will be allowed.  No aggressive breeds, mixes of aggressive breeds, or exotic pets are permitted.
  • All Tenants are required to carry a Renters Insurance Policy with F A Property Management named as an “interested party“.
  • All utilities must be transferred on or before the date of occupancy.
  • We do not allow tenants to sub-let their rentals.
  • All rentals are for residential use only.
  • Please deliver application and check/ money order to our office. We do not accept cash payments.
