Please see below for a list of our Rental Criteria.

  • All Applicants must submit a completed and signed application.
  • $30 application fee for each adult occupying the unit must be paid for us to consider your application.
  • All applicants are screened for credit history.
  • All applicants are screened for criminal history.
  • All applicants must qualify on their own, we do not accept co-signers.
  • Must have verifiable income. (Providing W-2’s, Pay stubs, etc. at the time of application is preferred and may be requsted.)
  • All applicants must be eligible to put the utilities in their own name.
  • We do not accept tenants that have been evicted elsewhere or have judgments from another landlord. (Including pending evictions.)
  • We do not “Hold” rentals. No rental is secured until lease has been signed by all parties and appropriate deposits have been received.
  • Pets will be accepted only on an individual basis with property owners/managers approval. Breed restrictions apply. $500 pet deposit is required. No outdoor pets will be allowed.  No aggressive breeds, mixes of aggressive breeds, or exotic pets are permitted. Documentation for pets may be required prior to approval.
  • All Tenants are required to carry a Renters Insurance Policy with F A Property Management Services named as an “interested party“.
  • All utilities must be transferred on or before lease start date.
  • All rentals are for residential use only.
  • Please deliver application and check/ money order to our office.
  • VALID STATE OR GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. IS REQUIRED TO BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF APPLICATION.
