Please consider following rental criteria before applying
- All Applicants must submit a completed and signed application.
- $40 application fee for each adult.
- All applicants are screened for credit history and previous rental history. We run background checks on all applicants. We do require a minimum credit score of 600.
- All applicants must qualify on their own, we do not accept co-signers. Income equal or greater than 3 times the monthly rent is required.
- Applicants must have verifiable income. (W-2s, pay stubs, etc. may be required)
- All applicants must be eligible to put the utilities in their own name.
- We do not accept tenants that have been evicted elsewhere or have judgements from another landlord. (Including pending evictions)
- We do not “Hold” rentals. No rental is secured until lease has been signed by all parties and appropriate deposits have been received.
- Pets will be accepted only on an individual basis with property owners/ managers approval. Breed restrictions apply.
- No outdoor pets will be allowed. No aggressive breeds, mixes of aggressive breeds, or exotic pets are permitted.
- All tenants are required to carry a Renters Insurance Policy with First Advantage Property Management named as an “interested party.”
- All utilities must be transferred on or before the date of occupancy.
- We do not allow tenants to sub-let their rentals.
- All rentals are for residential use only.
- Please deliver application and check/money order to our office. We do not accept cash payments.
